Steven Avery Files a New Appeal

On January 11, 2016 Avery filed a motion that asks for a ruling on the validity of the search warrant that was used in the Teresa Halbach murder investigation.

What is amazing to me is that Avery wrote and filed this motion HIMSELF.  Is Avery getting an education or what?  I have to say that I am pretty impressed with what he is doing.  

It definitely makes me question his guilt...

In the motion Avery states, "clearly be stated that Evidence seized or used at trial is clearly "FRUIT OF THE POISONOUS TREE", illegally obtained evidence.  The affidavit was Based on Clearly Falsified, Misleading information."

7 AVERY Jurors say NOT GUILTY on Day 1

Rolling Stone Magazine discusses the possible improper dealings during the jury deliberations against Steven Avery.

I find it extremely interesting that the juror that was let go on the first day of deliberations said that the vote that day was as follows:

• 7 NOT guilty
• 3 guilty
• 2 undecided

A LOT of jurors had to change their minds.

Were the jurors in Steven Avery's case intimidated or pressured into voting GUILTY?

The Avery Boys Did NOT Get a Fair Trial

If you haven't heard of Steven Avery or Branden Dassey, you probably don't have the internet or NETFLIX.

The Netflix 10-episode docu-series, Making a Murderer, focuses on the conviction of Steven Avery.  In 2005 Avery was convicted of murdering Teresa Halbach in Manitowoch County, Wisconsin. 

Making a Murderer digs deep and gives some really great insight into the dark details on this case.  In fact, I got so upset with the way the Avery's were treated, I had to wait a week before I continued watching the series.  

Brenden Dassey, Steven Avery's nephew, was also tried and convicted in the Halbach murder.  What happened to Brenden is unforgivable.  

I am personally outraged about the injustice of this case.  

I am not 100% certain that Steven Avery is innocent, but I am 100% certain that Steven Avery DID NOT GET A FAIR TRAIL.

Everyone is entitled to a fair trial in America.  Even if you are poor. Even if you are uneducated.
